National Focal Points Meeting on CAREC Institute CAREC national focal points (NFPs) discussed the establishment of a physical base of the CAREC Institute in Urumqi, People's Republic of China. NFPs also endorsed a discussion paper that presents guiding principles and the organization framework for the CAREC Institute.
