Forum on Trade Facilitation and Customs Reform and Modernization

Co-sponsored by ADB, ADB Institute, Japan Customs Administration, and the World Customs Organization (WCO), the forum presented modern customs tools for trade facilitation developed by WCO. It focused on the experience of Japan on customs reform, particularly on issues pertaining to customs modernization and risk management.

The Forum also gave an opportunity for the country delegates to visit the Tokyo Customs Office and to exchange views and ideas with the Tokyo Customs officials.
