CAREC Capital Market Development Forum (CMDF) International Conference
Held the day after the CMDF’s inaugural meeting, the CMDF International Conference on 2 October 2026 combines the celebration of FRC’s 20th anniversary with a broader public dialogue on the future of capital markets in the CAREC region. The event opens with a ceremonial session marking two decades of FRC’s contribution to Mongolia’s financial sector development, followed by a keynote address and a series of panel discussions bringing together CAREC regulators, international experts, market infrastructure providers, and institutional investors.
