The Benefits of Regional Cooperation: An Exchange Learning Program between CAREC and the Greater Mekong Subregion
The program brought together participants of the CAREC Program and the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) Program to exchange experiences and lessons learned in the key areas of transport infrastructure, trade, and investment. Government officials and other representatives of the GMS made presentations to stimulate discussions with the CAREC participants. The program included site visits in Danang, Vietnam.
