Forum on e-Government and Trade Facilitation
Co-sponsored by ADB and the Government of Singapore, the forum focused on Singapore’s experience in the application of e-government on tax reforms and customs modernization. A major feature was issues pertaining to tax free zones, tax administration, customs modernization, and public-private partnerships.
The Forum also provided an opportunity for the country delegates to exchange views and ideas with representatives of major customs consulting firms in Singapore.
