12th CAREC Customs Cooperation Committee Meeting

Senior customs officials from CAREC member countries gathered to

  • review progress made on the identified priority areas, and explore ways to strengthen and replicate successful initiatives;
  • agree on proposed technical assistance projects to further advance the Customs Cooperation Committee trade facilitation agenda; and
  • contribute to the midterm review of the CAREC Transport and Trade Facilitation Strategy (TTFS).

This year’s meeting was hosted by Kazakhstan’s Customs Control Committee.
