14th CAREC Customs Cooperation Committee (CCC) Meeting and Private Sector Dialogue with the CCC
Heads and senior customs officials of CAREC member countries met to
- hold a dialogue with participants of the CAREC Federation of Carrier and Forwarder Associations, the private sector representative in the CAREC Trade Facilitation program;
- review progress in the five Customs Cooperation Committee priority areas, including implementation of regional technical assistance projects;
- determine future activities that will continue to support and enhance the capacities of CAREC customs authorities; and
- plan for investment projects to further facilitate trade.
The Mongolia Customs General Administration hosted this year’s meeting.
