CAREC Federation of Carrier and Forwarder Associations Meeting (December 2012)
The CAREC Federation of Carrier and Forwarder Associations (CFCFA) held its third annual meeting to plan its activities under the CAREC integrated trade facilitation agenda. Participants discussed work plans for 2012 to 2013, updated status of priority projects, and discussed and approved CFCFA membership applications.
Participants also elected a new chairman, vice-Chairman, and members of the Executive Board, and appointed a new secretary. The list of newly elected CFCFA officers for 2012-2013 is here.
The meeting provided an opportunity for experience sharing with the recently established Greater Mekong Subregion Freight Transport Association.
