CAREC 2020 National Workshop: Uzbekistan

Representatives from line ministries and agencies responsible for regional cooperation initiatives attended Uzbekistan’s CAREC 2020 National Workshop. Chief Officer of the Cabinet of Ministers Mr. Aleksey Ananin and State Customs Committee Deputy Chairman Mr. Rustam Mansurov co-chaired the workshop.

Participants were informed about CAREC’s planned activities for 2012. They discussed the midterm review of the CAREC Transport and Trade Facilitation Strategy and Action Plan, reviewed progress in the Energy Master Plan, and also considered the refined medium-term priority project list.
