35th Energy Sector Coordinating Committee Meeting

The 35th CAREC Energy Sector Coordinating Committee (ESCC) meeting, organized by SD1-ENE in coordination with CWRD was held virtually on 25 September 2025, gathering delegates from ten member countries.  Several key updates were covered, including plans for joint regional energy systems, integration of renewables in the Central Asian Power System, the Caspian Green Corridor Project, lessons from the 2024 capacity-building mission, and discussion and approval of the ESCC work plan for 2025–2027. Government representatives also outlined strategic priorities and initiatives.
