Preparing the Regional Airports Rehabilitation Project
Summary
The technical assistance will help prepare the Regional Airports Rehabilitation Project for financing.
Expected Outcome
The main objectives of the TA are to
- prepare a civil aviation master plan providing the framework and action plan for sustainable and effective development of Afghanistan's civil aviation;
- undertake feasibility studies to rehabilitate selected major domestic airports and other regional airports; and
- prepare an implementation program to strengthen the institutional capacity of Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism.
