Summary

This regional policy and advisory technical assistance (TA) is designed to continue ADB's support to the People’s Republic of China (PRC)–Mongolia cooperation, building on the achievements and recommendations from the first phase.

Expected Outcome

PRC–Mongolia cooperation in the priority areas of customs, quarantine, transport, and border-area development will be implemented and deepened

Expected Outputs

• Deepened PRC-Mongolia customs cooperation
• Enhanced coordination in border-area development between the PRC and Mongolia
• Enhanced PRC-Mongolia transport cooperation
• Launch of a mechanism for cooperation between inspection and quarantine agencies of the PRC and Mongolia
