ADB, Kazakhstan sign CAREC Corridor 1 loan The Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the Government of Kazakhstan signed a $187 million loan agreement on 3 December 2009 to reconstruct a 79 kilometer stretch of CAREC Corridor 1 linking Europe and the People's Republic of China.
