Transmission and Distribution Metering Project

Summary

The technical assistance (TA) will prepare the Transmission and Distribution Metering Project which will install accurate, tamper-proof wholesale meters, and auxiliary substation equipment at key interfaces between the generation company and licensees, transmission company, distribution companies and licensees, import/export nodes, and large consumers.

Expected Outcome

Project design acceptable to the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, the power companies and Asian Development Bank, including nonphysical components and conditionalities

Due diligence analysis and documentation (sector review and analysis, technical analysis, financial and economic analyses, environmental and social analyses)
