Reconstruction of Taraz–Talas–Suusamyr Road, Phase 3

Summary

The project aims at contributing to the government's Poverty Reduction Strategy Program to reduce poverty by ensuring access of the poor to basic social services including health, education and water as also economic infrastructure especially roads.

Expected Outcome

The project will also promote regional integration between the Kyrgyz Republic and its neighboring country Kazakhstan through reconstruction of 30-kilometer long road section with higher standards
