Of the total, about $19.7 billion was financed by ADB, $26.5 billion by other development partners, and $11.7 billion by CAREC governments. The top three sources of financing are ADB (33.9%), the World Bank (21.9%) and counterpart financing from CAREC governments (20.3%). Investments in new CAREC clusters such as agriculture and water and human development are also slowly expanding.
