Overview

This third issue of CAREC Notes surveys the experience with regional organizations in developing countries and draws lessons which can be helpful for Central Asia, and specifically for the participants in CAREC. It concludes that regional cooperation underpinned by effective regional organizations is possible and brings considerable benefits to the CAREC participants.
