CAREC Federation of Carrier and Forwarder Associations Meeting (March 2010)

The first meeting of the CAREC Federation of Carrier and Forwarder Associations (CFCFA) was attended by representatives of 16 member associations.

The meeting ratified the CFCFA Constitution, elected officials and Executive Board members, and discussed the 2010-2011 work program of the federation.

The CFCFA, a regional coalition of carrier, freight forwarder, and logistics associations, is expected to bring the private sector’s voice into the CAREC trade facilitation process.
