High-level Planning Workshop on CAREC 2015

The workshop was organized to update senior Mongolia officials on the progress of the CAREC Program, and discuss arrangements for the 2015 CAREC Ministerial Conference and other events to be hosted by Mongolia.

Ayumi Konishi, director general, Asian Development Bank East Asia Department and Ochirbat Chuluunbat, adviser to the Prime Minister of Mongolia, opened the planning workshop.

Representatives of ministries and agencies of Mongolia also attended the workshop and were briefed on the progress of the CAREC priority sectors and how Mongolia can benefit from the program. (View CAREC in Mongolia.)
