|Capacity Building for Regional Cooperation under the CAREC Program|
|Summary:||The 4th CAREC Ministerial Conference in November 2005 emphasized that capacity building should focus on strengthening the CAREC Program's national focal points (NFPs), conducting training workshops and study tours on international best practices for regional cooperation, and developing information exchange and research networks.
This regional technical assistance (RETA) was developed to complement the earlier RETA 6158 in these areas.
